ApplyDost is an AI-powered job application platform operated by ApplyDost Ltd. We help job seekers optimise their CVs and applications using artificial intelligence. You can contact us at support@applydost.com.
We collect: your email address and name when you register; your CV text when you upload a resume; job descriptions you submit for analysis; profile details you save (phone, LinkedIn, GitHub, location); payment information processed securely by Stripe (we never store card details); and usage data such as pipeline runs.
We use your data to: provide and improve our AI pipeline service; generate tailored CVs and cover letters; process payments via Stripe; send transactional emails such as password resets; and improve our AI models and product features.
Your data is stored securely on Railway cloud infrastructure in the EU. We use PostgreSQL databases with encrypted connections. CV text and pipeline results are stored to allow you to access your results at any time.
We share data with: OpenAI (to power our AI pipeline — your CV and job description are sent to OpenAI's API); Stripe (to process payments); Resend (to send transactional emails); Railway (cloud infrastructure). We do not sell your data to any third party.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and all associated data; export your data; withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at support@applydost.com.
We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
